Key Mittens

The Key Mittens are worked from the wrist up. The thumb is worked last. The mittens are worked in the round on a long circular needle using the Magic Loop method or on double-pointed needles.

Size Guide

Measure the circumference of your hand at the knuckles. Sizes 4-7 years (7-10 years) S (M) L fit a hand circumference of 14-15 (15-17) 17-18 (18-20) 20-22 cm.

Length (mittens): 21 (23) 26 (27) 29 cm

Gauge: 20 stitches x 28 rows in pattern and stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm

Recommended needles: Circular needles 3.5 mm and 4 mm (80 cm), if you knit with the Magic Loop method, or DPNs 3.5 mm and 4 mm
