The Juno Bag is worked from the bottom up in a lace pattern. The cast-on edge of the bag is in the middle of the bottom. The bottom is worked in rows in the lace pattern, after which stitches are picked up along the sides. The bag is then knitted in rounds in the lace pattern. At the top, the middle stitches are bound off, while a handle is knitted on both sides. The handles are worked in the lace pattern in rounds. Finally, a zipper, lining, and leather straps are attached to the bag.
The pattern includes sewing instructions for the lining.
