Jules Sweater by Paula_m

Classic striped raglan sweater. A versatile piece that can be easily combined, worn casually with shorts in summer, or perfectly under a trench coat. In addition to the classic version of the sweater with a 'normal' body and sleeve length, the pattern also includes a short (cropped) version with three-quarter sleeves, which can be perfectly combined with high-waisted trousers and skirts.

The sweater is knitted seamlessly from the top down in the round. First, the ribbing is worked, then the neckline is shaped using short rows (back and forth). After that, knitting in the round resumes, and increases are made for the raglan shaping. Once the raglan shaping is complete, the work is divided, and the body and sleeves are finished separately.

Techniques used: Italian cast-on, short rows with wrap and turn, increases and decreases with left and right slant, tubular bind off for ribbing.
