The FREESTYLE Sweater is a simple raglan pullover with three-quarter sleeves and delicate details on the cuffs. An all-rounder that is easy to combine and perfect for spring and summer.
The pullover is knitted seamlessly from the top down. First, the neckline is shaped using short rows (in rows). Then, it is knitted in the round, and increases are worked for the body and sleeves. After the raglan increases are completed, the work is divided, and the body and sleeves are finished separately. Since the pullover is knitted from the top down, it is possible (and advisable) to try it on while knitting, so the length of the body and sleeves can be adjusted individually.
Techniques used: Short rows (German Short Rows), left and right leaning increases and decreases, bind off using the 'Italian Method'. All techniques used are explained in the instructions with the help of photos and links to tutorials.

Tips for yarn selection:
Several yarn qualities are recommended in the instructions, a few words about them:
'Como' is a so-called 'Superlight' yarn. Despite a yardage of 120 m per 25 g, this yarn has the properties of a DK yarn. The sweater will be feather-light and fluffy with it.
'Cheeky Merino Joy' is a pure, wonderfully soft merino yarn. The sweater will be a little thinner and more flowing with it.
'Softyak' is a pleasantly soft cotton yarn. The sweater will be a little heavier and a bit stiffer with it.
/ Needles:
Circular knitting needle 4.0 mm / 60 cm and 80-100 cm.
Double pointed needles or auxiliary needles 4.0 mm for the box pleat on the sleeve
Circular knitting needle 3.0 mm / 40-60 cm (for neck and sleeve cuffs), 80-100 cm (for body cuffs)
if necessary, double pointed needles 3.0 mm (for the front sleeve cuff )

Stockinette stitch with Nd 4.0 mm: 22 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm, measured after washing.
If necessary, choose a different needle size to adjust the gauge.
