The ELISE Scarf is a small, delicate scarf with a simple lace pattern. It is perfect as a neck scarf with blouses and shirts, but also works very well as a headband – the perfect little accessory for spring and summer, quickly knitted with just one ball of yarn.

The ELISE Scarf is knitted from tip to tip. Starting at the first tip, increases are worked until the widest point is reached. The main part is knitted in a lace pattern. Finally, the second tip is shaped using decreases.

Techniques used: slipped selvedge stitch, knit front and back (kfb), left- and right-leaning increases and decreases, lace pattern. All techniques used are explained in the pattern.

3.5 mm (60 cm) circular needle

/ Gauge:

Stockinette stitch with 3.5 mm needles: 24 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm (measured washed and laid flat).

Adjust needle size if necessary to achieve gauge.
