Printed pattern - by mail

The Poppy Tee is worked from the top down. The upper back is worked first, with increases. Then the shoulders are created by picking up stitches from the upper back. Stitches are picked up along the shoulders, and the remainder of the yoke is worked together on a circular needle; first in rows, then in rounds. The body is worked in rounds on a circular needle, and the sleeves are also worked in rounds on double-pointed needles or using the Magic Loop method. Finally, a ribbing with integrated double knitting is worked at the neckline and folded in half. First, knit a swatch to determine the correct needle size for you. Wash the swatch before measuring it. If you are knitting with the recommended yarn, keep in mind that it will grow a bit when washed – so it's especially important to wash the swatch before measuring.

Size Guide

The Poppy Tee should have a positive ease of approx. 5 cm relative to your bust circumference. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a body bust circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. The measurements of the finished shirt can be found on the title page. Note: These measurements are only valid if the gauge is met. First, take your own measurements before you begin knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your bust circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 90 cm, you should choose size S. A shirt in size S has a bust circumference of 96 cm and would in this case have a positive ease of 6 cm.
