Instructions Petite Knit- June Top Light

The June Top Light is worked from the bottom up. The body is worked in stockinette stitch in the round, after which it is divided into front and back; both parts are finished separately in stockinette stitch in rows. The pattern also includes instructions on how to knit the top from the middle out with a provisional cast-on, so that the length can be adjusted to your wishes. The June Top Light is designed with a deeper neckline at the back, but only deep enough for a bra to still disappear underneath. Thin I-cord edgings are worked along all edges.

Size Guide

Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 cm. The June Top Light is thus worn with a negative ease of -6 cm. First, measure yourself before you start knitting to determine the size that fits you best. If your bust circumference (or the widest part of your body) measures 89 cm, you should choose size S. A top in size S has a bust circumference of 83 cm and would in this case have a negative ease of -6 cm.

The model shown is wearing size XS with a bust circumference of 83 cm and a height of 1.64 m. The top thus has a negative ease of -4 cm.
